"Barack Obama 2012: KGB Technology 2008"
My personal situation and my deep concern about the U.S. national security pushed me to write this letter.
I have nothing to lose after I've refused to participate in dirtiest left-wing CIA-FBI conspiracy of the century which I call "Millenium Hilton" operation - I have no money, no job, no permanent place to stay. I'm telling the truth though I understand that I violated Intelligence Identities Protection Act of 1982. There's no other way to bring to justice Bill Clinton who initiated the left-wing conspiracy and Barack Obama who's covering it up.
I was born in 1958 in Ukraine, I'm a former KGB USSR and SBU (Ukrainian Security Service intelligence senior officer , and KGB "Nabat" anti-terror group member (a sniper). In 1991-1992, as SBU illegal intelligence officer, I came to Moscow to get into Russian President Boris Yeltsin "inner circle" to influence his decisions,extremely anti-Ukrainian at the time. Operation was in progress until Kremlin got somehow information about it, and in 1992 Russia and Ukraine signed a Treaty to stop mutual espionage. I had to resign and move to Europe for security
reasons.
In 1995 I came to USA where I hoped to work for the government as strategic intelligence analyst on my own project - modern U.S. national security strategy. I met two CIA agents and FBI National Security Division agent in New York City and signed a certain obligation as "Filament". What happened next proved that I was recruited by political action group (within CIA Special Activities Division) agents. And next was a joint CIA-FBI conspiracy.
They were impressed by my intelligence, counter-intelligence and anti-terror experience, and also, by my research in political science. I was surprised - they decided to "copy" my Moscow operation .I had to spy on the U.S. Congress and work with Congress Librarian James Billington who knew me as a political scientist through his Moscow representative, and could introduce me to Senators and Representatives. They wanted also to influence the White House and approved my idea to create special instructions for American president on successful election and re-election campaigns, strategic planning and top decisions making, national security, foreign policy and diplomacy, propaganda, economy, war and special operations.
I was paid $900 just to start the job and they guaranteed me "anything I wanted", including special CIA status ("stay in USA as long as you want and do whatever you think is necessary") and "best medical service in the world" . It was absolutely clear that political surveillance and control over the White House and the U.S. Congress, not national security, was and is the CIA top priority. Besides, they were interested in effective interrogation,tortures and murders methods -I gave them detailed instructions on that, and that was a big help in Guantanamo, Iraq and Afghanistan. They asked me if I was a sniper, because they had "a job up to my high professional skills" in America , though I' d rather work in Europe. Later I've called Secret Service about this strange talk and a possible danger for President Bill Clinton - they said "talk to CIA if you have problems with CIA". Good (and well paid) job, guys.
I wrote "The Professional" presidential handbook, a "system of top political, espionage and war management for the White House".President Bill Clinton used it to win 1996 re-election.
President Barack Obama is using my advices on economy, diplomacy, domestic propaganda, war, and if he wants to build socialism, he's moving in a right direction . Something else is very important. On July 2, 2008 he made the following statement :" We can't continue to rely on our military in order to achieve the national security objectives that we've set. We got to have a civilian national security force that just as powerful, just as strong, just as well-funded". Many people , including Paul Broun, a Republican Congressman, think that Obama wants to establish a Gestapo-like security force to impose a Marxist dictatorship, but I think he means KGB with its structure and methods - exactly as I explain in my book.
I was in Washington , D.C. on multiple occasions and met somebody there. In 2000 I 've sent a letter to DCI Tenet saying that I stop cooperation with CIA.They've pressed me very hard in return. I'm immigrant, but I have no green card,no citizenship until now. For years INS ignored my family reunion petition (they lied to Senator Hillary Clinton that my file disappeared ).
There was open and aggressive surveillance in the streets and taking pictures right in my face, illegal searches of my apartment in my absence and stealing papers and phone books, breaking the mail boxes and stealing my correspondence.I had to fight back.
Three months before 9/11 tragedy happened, in June 2001,I've warned American President George W. Bush and the U.S. Senate on CIA anti-American activity, national security collapse and my personal situation.
My Senator Hillary Clinton refused to mess with CIA (after Jackie Kennedy warned her : "Your husband has to be very careful") and helped my family only. Is she responsible for the deaths of 3000 Americans ? Let's investigate.
White House sent a request to the Dept. of Justice, where FBI Director R. Mueller blocked it because I was a "joint" CIA-FBI project. Let's investigate.
June 14, 2004 ,the Office of NYS Attorney General Eliot Spitzer: "If an investigation is ultimately opened, someone from the Bureau will contact you. Janya Washington".
March 24, 2010, Senator Chuck Schumer's (D) New York Office: "You have to hire a lawyer if it's about American national security.We can just trace your correspondence with CIA but we can't investigate anything. Susan Orlove, Director of the Office". National security is not Democratic Senator Schumer business ! By the way, they want to see him next Senate majority leader.

The Hatch Act (5 U.S.C. 7321-7326) governs the political activity of most federal executive branch employees. This Act permits most employees to actively participate in partisan politica; management and partisan political campaigns. Employees, however, are prohibited from:
using their official authority or influence for the purpose of affecting the result of an election; knowingly soliciting, accepting or receiving political contributions from any person; being candidates for public office in partisan elections; and knowingly soliciting or discouraging the political activity of any individual with business before their agency. 5 U.S.C. 7323 b(a)(1)-(4). The Hatch Act also prohibits employees from engaging in political activity while on duty, in a government building, while wearing an official uniform or insignia or in an official vehicle. 5 U.S.C. 7324
Your allegation that Mr. Panetta is involved in a CIA-FBI conspiracy, which you call the "Millenium Hilton" operation, even if true, is not activity that falls within the prohibitions of the Hatch Act. Therefore , we are closing the above referenced file.

I wrote to President Obama ,Janet Napolitano, Homeland Security Secretary and Mark Kappelhof, Dept. of Justice Civil Rights Division - nothing. That's conspiracy too - you ask the government a simple question and nobody wants to answer it.Let's investigate, let's ask Obama why he's covering anti-American activity, let's see what Constitution says about impeachment of a traitor president.
My life is hard, but I try to do something for America. In 2007, ALGORA, a small publishing company, released my "White House Special Handbook, or How to Rule the World in the 21st Century", based on "The Professional". 300 universities and colleges including Yale, Princeton, Harvard, Georgetown and Oxford, learn top political management in a right, KGB way . CIA wants me back no matter what and I don't live with my family because I don't know what CIA is going to do next. They hunt me and they put me on their hit list and still, I'm not going to be involved in other anti-American conspiracy, and I want DCI Leon Panetta . As a professional spy, I understand that sooner or later this game has to come to an end - what end ? a bullet from another sniper ? a car accident ? a staged suicide with a fake "I did it myself" note ?
I was ready to leave America , but then I said to myself - let them leave, all 20 000 bastards, why me ? As intelligence agency CIA does not exist, America is deaf and blind and that's the fact we have to face.
And let's impeach Obama and push to resign his "close friend" Panetta,
his Secretary of State Hillary Clinton, FBI Director Robert Mueller and other "Millenum Hilton" co-conspirators. Enough is enough !
I do need your help and international support, because CIA is extremely dangerous terrorist organization and a threat to everybody.
And I do need some simple things like food, clothes and place to stay.

Conclusion
1. CIA Director Leon Panetta has to resign.
2. FBI Director Robert Mueller has to resign.
3. Secretary of State Hillary Clinton has to resign.
4. President Barack Obama has to resign or be impeached by US Congress.
5. CIA and FBI must be terminated as criminal anti-American mafia-type organizations.
CIA functions will be transferred to Pentagon.
P.S.
In September, 2010 I had a meeting with two Secret Service agents and we discussed my training video "How to kill President Obama" . I was lecturing themm on how to protect American President and then I've asked them why they allow the White House press office to put Obama's next day schedule on Internet with exact time and place of his trips - it gives a perfect possibility to kill him. You know what they told me ? That it was Rahm Emanuel's order and they can do nothing. I told them that Obama had to do ometing.
On October 2, 2010 Emanuel was fired .
Emanuel is a very smart guy - why he's put president's life in danger ? Somebody wants Obama dead or at least scared enough to stop re-election campaign ? Hillary Clinton ? Why not ? And that's why Obama fired him ?
And why CIA wants me back ? This time Obama is a target , right, Mr. Panetta ?
In January 2011 I talked to FBI agent P. and he promised to help me. Don't
help me - help America.
